Refund and Returns Policy

At FEMME STORE, your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer an easy return and exchange policy. Please read the details below carefully to understand how our return process works.

Eligibility for Returns
  • Returns are accepted within 7 to 15 days from the date of delivery, depending on your location.
  • The item must be:
    • Unused and unworn
    • In its original condition with all tags and packaging intact
    • Free from any damage, stains, or odors
  • Items that are on sale, marked as final sale, or categorized as non-returnable are not eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on the following:

  • Innerwear, lingerie, or swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Gift cards or promotional items
  • Products marked as “Final Sale” on the product page

The return period begins from the date of successful delivery, as confirmed by our delivery partners.

Return Process
  1. Initiate a Return Request
    • Go to the “My Orders” section in your FEMME STORE account.
    • Select the item you wish to return and click on “Return/Exchange”.
    • Choose the reason for return and upload images if required.
  2. Pickup or Drop-off
    • We will arrange a reverse pickup via our logistics partner.
    • In some remote areas, you may be asked to self-ship the item to our return center.
  3. Inspection & Approval
    • Once we receive the returned item, it will go through a quality check process.
    • If approved, your refund or exchange will be processed.
Refund Policy
  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking).
  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be processed to your bank account or as store credit, based on your preference.
Exchange Policy
  • Exchanges are allowed only for the same item in a different size or color, subject to availability.
  • To exchange an item, follow the same steps as initiating a return and select “Exchange”.
  • A replacement will be shipped once the original item passes our quality check.
Cancellations

 

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched.
  • Once shipped, the return policy applies.
